Safety DeMarcco Hellams was placed on injured reserve, and wide receiver Deven Thompkins was signed to the active roster..

This is Deven Thompkins' second elevation in Atlanta. 

Drummond has appeared in three games for the Falcons this season, and most recently caught three passes for 18 yards in the team's win against the New Orleans Saints.

The edge rusher was signed to the active roster in Week 11.

The organization places Billy Bowman Jr., Zach Harrison on injured reserve. 

In the wake of Penix's injury, the Falcons have also made two moves at the quarterback position.

Atlanta also released offensive lineman Andrew Stueber and will elevate safety Jammie Robinson to the active roster for Sunday's game.

Kentavius Street had been on Atlanta's practice squad since the start of the season.

The Falcons also signed C.J. Henderson to the practice squad.

Then, with a sixth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the San Francisco 49ers made Woerner take his talents cross-country. Woerner saw through his rookie contract in California, ending with a Super Bowl run in the 2023 season. When he became a free agent shortly after, multiple teams showed interest. Woerner ultimately signed a three-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons on April 2, 2024. Finally Charlie is back home in Georgia. A Georgia kid through and through, Charlie was finally coming back home.
