Biography
CAREER
- In 2023, he started all 14 games he appeared in at center and helped anchor a unit that had the fifth-lowest opponent pressure rate at 30.4 percent and the ninth-best rushing attack, averaging 127.0 yards on the ground per game.
- Started all 17 games at center in 2022.
- Helped the Falcons rush for the second-most yards in a single season in franchise history (2,718 yards) in 2022.
- In the 2022 season, he anchored an offensive line that helped the Falcons become the first team to have four players with at least 250 rushing yards through the first eight games of a season in NFL history.
- Appeared in all 17 games as a rookie in 2021.
COLLEGE
- Played four seasons (2017-20) at Stanford University.
- Started 22-of-25 games (20 at center, two at guard) over four years for the Cardinal.
- Did not allow a single pressure as a senior, fortifying a Stanford offensive line that did not allow a sack all season in 2020.
- Earned first-team All-Pac 12 honors as a senior and was named team captain.

PERSONAL
- Attended Palma (Calif.) High School where he lettered in football and track.
- Father, Chris, played football at Stanford and professionally for the San Francisco 49ers (won Super Bowl XXIX), and coached for Stanford, the Atlanta Falcons and the 49ers.
- Grandfather, Buck Dalman, played football for the Santa Cruz Seahawks
- Sister, Kate, works in the Stanford Football program.
