Falcons agree to terms with punter Ryan Allen

The Falcons have agreed to terms with punter Ryan Allen and signed defensive tackle Jacob Tuioti-Mariner to their active roster.

Allen, 29, has spent the past six seasons with the New England Patriots and played in every game from 2013-18. Allen had an average distance of 45.3 yards for his 409 punts as a member of the Patriots, and his longest career punt is 67 yards, which he accomplished in both 2014 and 2015. Allen is the fifth different punter the Falcons have had this season, and longtime starter Matt Bosher remains on injured reserve.

Tuioti-Mariner, 23, has spent the first half of the season on the team's practice squad. He recorded eight tackles and one sack in the preseason.
