The Atlanta Falcons officially ruled out running back Devonta Freeman, tight end Austin Hooper and safety Kemal Ishmael, so it's not a surprise to see them among the team's inactives for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.
Rookie defensive end John Cominsky was not ruled out on Friday, but he will have some extra time to heal from an ankle injury that limited him in practice throughout the week as he is among Atlanta's inactive players.
