ATLANTA — The Atlanta Falcons are back home in Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the first time since their 2025 season opener.
On Sunday, the Falcons will host the Washington Commanders for their Week 4 game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Falcons were 2-0 against NFC East opponents in Atlanta last year, besting the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants.
The Falcons have yet to beat the Commanders in Mercedes-Benz Stadium specifically, though. Atlanta is 0-2 in that regard. The last time the Falcons won against the Commanders in Atlanta was Week 5 of the 2015 season when they played inside the Georgia Dome. The Falcons came out of overtime with a 25-19 victory that year.
