FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- The Atlanta Falcons are expected to interview former Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell in the coming days for their vacant offensive coordinator position, according to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.

Rapoport also reports that Bevell spent time with the Falcons during training camp prior to the start of the 2018 season, and he and Atlanta coach Dan Quinn have a long history dating back to Quinn's days as the Seahawks' defensive coordinator from 2012-13. Bevell spent seven seasons with the Seahawks from 2011-17, helping Seattle reach two Super Bowls and win one.

The Falcons announced Monday that they were parting ways with offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian, defensive coordinator Marquand Manuel and special teams coordinator Keith Armstrong. Quinn will assume the defensive coordinator responsibilities moving forward, leaving the Falcons with two key roles to fill.
