FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Falcons starting wide receiver Drake London sustained a knee injury during Sunday's loss to the Carolina Panthers. Immediately after the game, head coach Raheem Morris said the team would have more information on the severity of his injury after tests were run Monday.

On Monday morning, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported he was expected to miss the team's Week 12 matchup against the New Orleans Saints and potentially more time.

London was seemingly injured on Atlanta's final offensive play of regulation, when backup quarterback Kirk Cousins lofted a pass down the left sideline in his direction. London, who ranks fourth among NFL receivers with 810 yards through Sunday's games, caught seven passes for 119 yards against the Panthers.

The Falcons have dealt with numerous injuries on offense this season. They have been without starting right tackle Kaleb McGary since training camp ended, and left guard Matthew Bergeron has missed the last two games. Wide receiver Darnell Mooney has missed a pair of games and got a slow start to the year after sustaining an injury early in training camp. Even starting quarterback Michael Penix Jr. missed a game earlier this fall, sitting out the Week 8 contest against Miami due to a bone bruise on his knee.

This story will be updated as more information becomes available. Falcons head coach Raheem Morris is set to speak to the media on Monday afternoon.
