Falcons trade for Patriots safety Jordan Richards

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- The Atlanta Falcons announced Friday that they have sent a conditional pick in the 2020 NFL Draft for New England Patriots strong safety Jordan Richards.

Richards, 25, was selected by the Patriots in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He has started seven games in his three NFL seasons, recording 36 tackles, three pass defenses, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
