FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Falcons coach Dan Quinn announced during his press conference Tuesday that starting right guard Brandon Fusco will miss the remainder of the season after injuring his ankle in Monday night's win against the New York Giants.

Fusco, who was signed by the Falcons as a free agent in the offseason, has started every game for Atlanta this season. This is the second starting guard to suffer a season-ending injury for the Falcons, as left guard Andy Levitre suffered a triceps injury in Atlanta's win against the Carolina Panthers in Week 2.

Replacing Fusco at right guard for the Falcons against the Giants was Ben Garland, who has been a dependable backup lineman for Atlanta since 2016.
