FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Atlanta Falcons have placed KhaDarel Hodge on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
This placement officially cuts Hodge's season short. Injured reserve rules dictate a player must miss at least four games before returning to the active roster. Atlanta only has three games remaining on the schedule. Head coach Raheem Morris previously ruled Hodge out of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals after Hodge didn't practice all week with the injury.
Hodge was one of the Falcons' two Pro Bowl selections last year, being awarded the nod because of his special teams performance in 2024. His 2025 season comes to a close after 12 games played, one start, three catches on 10 targets for 31 yards. He combined for nine tackles on special teams. He took 10% of the Falcons' offensive snaps and 72% of the special teams snaps this season.
In corresponding moves, the Falcons have signed safety Jammie Robinson.
