FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Atlanta Falcons have officially signed free agent offensive lineman Corey Levin.
A sixth-round pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2017 NFL Draft, Levin has appeared in 88 games with seven starts in six seasons. The 31-year-old has spent time with five teams during his career, including the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, New England Patriots and New York Jets in addition to the Titans.
Levin, who is 6-foot-4 and weighs 307 pounds, offers versatility along the interior of the offensive line. He has played center and both guard spots during his NFL career, and he spent the past two seasons working directly with Falcons offensive line coach Bill Callahan while the pair were in Tennessee.
"I hold myself to a high standard and want to come into the building every day and be a good leader for this team," Levin told Titans media members during training camp last season.
Describing himself as a "glue guy in the locker room," Levin joins an offensive line room with a lot of established veterans and good chemistry. General manager Ian Cunningham said the team was focused on building roster depth this offseason, and Levin provides that at multiple positions.
