Heading into Sunday's Week 17 game, Falcons head coach Mike Smith didn't share much information about who would play in a game that doesn't impact the playoffs for the Falcons. Based on what the active roster for gameday looks like, the Falcons will have all starters available, with the exception of safety William Moore, who is missing his fourth straight game.

Moore was ruled out earlier this week by Smith. Cornerback Chris Owens was also ruled out for the Week 17 game earlier in the week.

All questionable players heading into Sunday, including wide receiver Roddy White, are active. Last week, after entering the game questionable, White caught eight passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns.

Chris Hope will start his fourth straight game in place of the injured Moore at safety. Over the last two weeks backup cornerback Dominique Franks has been available at safety in emergency situations.

Other inactives for the Falcons include QB Dominique Davis, OL Phillipkeith Manley, C Joe Hawley, OL Harland Gunn and DE Travian Robertson.

Tampa inactives include CB Eric Wright, RB Michael Smith, LB Jacob Cutrera, G Roger Allen, WR Chris Owusu, DT Corvey Irvin and DT Matthew Masifilo.
