The Falcons' Julio Jones breaks down Taylor Gabriel's 'relay' touchdown celebration vs. Lions

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – When Taylor Gabriel found the end zone against Detroit for his first touchdown of the year, his celebration certainly didn't disappoint.

Gabriel lined up in the a three-point stance in end zone, and fellow wide receiver Julio Jones took off running towards him passing an imaginary baton.

The celebration was planned as Justin Hardy and Mohamed Sanu were also supposed to join … but things didn't go as planned, according to Jones.

"We were trying to do the 4x1," Jones said. "But everyone didn't line up, so it was just kind of me and Gab. Hardy wasn't out there and Sanu, he was just walking. He like just stuck his hand out. You can't just [grab] a baton with your hand out, you have to get down, [and be] in a position to take a hand off. We will probably work on it and probably do it again. Hopefully this Sunday we'll do it again."

Jones hinted that if one of those four score on Sunday against the Bills, the celebration could happen again.

Staying on the subject of 4x100 relay teams, if Jones was able to pick his team among his teammates, he said the relay team would consist of the following: Gabriel, Tevin Coleman, Robert Alford and Jones, as the anchor of course.
