In our eighth Madden 17 simulation, the Falcons defense held Aaron Rodgers to only 147 passing yards. Matt Ryan had a stellar performance; Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu each topped 100 receiving yards.

Knile Davis ultimately stole the show, however, and by scoring three touchdowns, he led the Packers to a 21-19 victory.

Traded to Green Bay on Oct. 18, Davis ran for 172 yards on 10 carries. He got the Packers on the board first with a nine-yard TD in the first quarter. Atlanta countered with a Matt Bryant field goal and a 17-yard TD catch by Jacob Tamme, putting the Falcons ahead 10-7 at halftime.

But Davis took over in the third, scoring touchdowns of five and 75 yards, giving Green Bay a lead it would not relinquish.

The Falcons defense shut out Rodgers and Co. in the fourth, but the offense came up just short of forcing overtime. After Bryant's second FG, Ryan fired a 36-yard touchdown pass to Mohamed Sanu to bring Atlanta within two points.

While the ensuing two-point conversion attempt failed, the Falcons kept their hopes alive by recovering an onside kick with 1:25 remaining. But Atlanta couldn't move past midfield, and Green Bay escaped with a narrow victory.
