Ryan Sets New NFL Record

The Atlanta Falcons face the San Diego Chargers in front of a hometown crowd at the Georgia Dome on Sunday afternoon.

With 5:52 left in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Chargers, Matt Ryan eclipsed 200 passing yards with a 21-yard completion to Julio Jones, marking the 46th-straight regular season game Ryan has thrown for 200-plus yards — the longest streak in NFL history.

The record was previously held by Dan Fouts (45 games), who is followed by Drew Brees (43), Brees again (40) and Matthew Stafford (37).
