When the Falcons take the field Monday night in front the nation's eyes, they'll be riding a number of hot streaks that they'll look to continue.
In the Denver Broncos, the Falcons welcome in another AFC foe and quarterback Matt Ryan has found a lot of recent success against that conference. Ryan is 7-1 at home in the Georgia Dome against the AFC and is 13-4 overall in his career. At home he's thrown for 16 touchdowns with only two interceptions and a passer rating of 105.6 Against the Broncos, he'll look for his sixth straight home game against the AFC with a 100 or better QB rating.

In Julio Jones' only Monday night game in his career, he also posted big numbers. Against the Saints on MNF last year he recorded eight catches for 128 yards and one touchdown. Jones has also played well against the AFC. In four games against the conference he has five touchdowns and 392 yards.
