Each month during the 2014 season, the Atlanta Falcons will select a player who has participated in community activities, shown a commitment to giving back to the community and/or went above and beyond on a particular visit. The Atlanta Falcons Community All-Star can be any player on the Falcons roster.

The Atlanta Falcons Community All-Star for the month of September is cornerback Robert McClain. Throughout the offseason, he participated in a number of activities as well. He participated as a celebrity waiter in the annual Huddle Up for Miracles event hosted by Head Coach Mike Smith at 103 West in Atlanta to benefit Children's Miracle Network.

He attended the Verizon Backyard BBQ at Lake Lanier Islands in Buford, GA. McClain also attended the National Guard's Georgia Conference at the Marriott in Stone Mountain, GA. The players mixed and mingled with the soldiers and families as well as signed autographs and took pictures.
