The Julio Jones show got off to a fast start against the Ravens when the second-year receiver caught four passes for 58 yards and a touchdown. Later in the first quarter, Jones added two more catches to go over 100 yards on the evening.

After a 15-yard pass completion on Atlanta's final drive of the quarter, quarterback Matt Ryan found Jones with a step on his man, streaking down the sideline. Ryan connected with Jones for a 36-yard completion. Jones was able to maintain his stride and catch the ball despite illegal contact by Ravens cornerback Lardarius Webb. The penalty on Webb was declined by Atlanta.

With the second quarter set to begin, Jones' night might be done. He ends his first preseason game of the season with six catches for 109 yards and one touchdown.
