Three plays into Monday night and the Falcons gave the home crowd a reason to get on their feet.

After holding the Broncos to minus-2 yards on their first possession, William Moore intercepted a Peyton Manning pass on the 34-yard line and returned it to the Denver 1-yard line.

On the third rush attempt, Michael Turner leaped over the pile at the line of scrimmage for the touchdown, giving the Falcons a very early first-quarter lead.

On Denver's next possession, they managed two plays again, before Thomas DeCoud intercepted Manning again. Picking off the pass on Atlanta's 42, DeCoud returned it 15 yards.

The second interception set up a Matt Bryant field goal.
