The Falcons got off to an incredible start Sunday and put points up in bunches in the first half.

With Devonta Freeman's 81-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, the Falcons passed their previous franchise mark for points scored in a first half with 42.

The previous record was 35, which came against San Francisco in 2009.

The Falcons' all-time record for points in a game came in 1973 when Atlanta hung 62 points on New Orleans.
