Falcons' Ryan Schraeder, Vic Beasley ruled out for Falcons vs. Lions

ATLANTA -- Coach Dan Quinn ruled out four players for Atlanta's upcoming game against the Detroit Lions: Vic Beasley, Ryan Schraeder, Courtney Upshaw and Terron Ward.

Beasley suffered a hamstring strain in the Falcons' win over the Green Bay Packers and there is no timetable for his return. Schraeder was diagnosed with a concussion after leaving the field on Atlanta's opening drive last Sunday night. The right tackle returned to meetings this week, but won't be able to compete at Ford Field.

Upshaw also suffered an injury in Week 2 and did not practice all week with an ankle injury. Terron Ward was added to the injury report on Thursday with a neck/shoulder injury and was limited in practice.

The Falcons take on the Detroit Lions at Ford Field on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
