Falcons' rookie RB Brian Hill out vs. Bears, OL Austin Pasztor questionable

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Rookie running back Brian Hill has officially been ruled out for the Falcons' season-opener this weekend against the Chicago Bears.

Following Friday's practice session, coach Dan Quinn announced Hill's status for Sunday's game, adding that offensive lineman Austin Pasztor was also listed as questionable.

"The only player that's going to be out will be Brian Hill," Quinn said. "Pasztor is listed as questionable. Past that, we're in pretty good shape."

Hill did not participate in any practices this week, as he continues to recover from an ankle injury he sustained in the Falcons' third preseason game. Pasztor has been limited with a chest injury since signing with the Falcons in August.
