Falcons Return for Start of Offseason Workout Program

The Falcons returned to Flowery Branch on Monday for the start of the offseason workout program.

The voluntary program is broken into three phases with players limited to four hours of work per day, four days of the week.

During the first phase, players will participate in various strength and conditioning activities for two weeks.

The second phase allows coaches to join players on the field for drill work. Players are not allowed to wear helmets and the offense is not allowed to lineup against the defense at any point during this three-week time period.

To conclude the offseason workout program, the four-week final phase includes a series of organized team activities (OTAs) and mandatory minicamp before breaking for the summer.
