Falcons' regular-season finale against Panthers flexed to 4:25 p.m. time slot

ATLANTA – The Falcons' regular-season finale against the Carolina Panthers at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Dec. 31st has been flexed to 4:25 p.m. on FOX.

This game has playoff implications for both teams. The Falcons are playing for a playoff berth. If the Falcons win, they clinch the final wild-card spot.

Carolina has already secured a spot in the playoffs, but will be playing for a chance to win the NFC South. If New Orleans were to lose against Tampa Bay, Carolina would take the NFC South crown. However, if the Saints beat the Bucs and the Panthers win, New Orleans owns the head-to-head tie-breaker.
