Falcons Open Nominations for 2012 Community QB Award

The Atlanta Falcons are now accepting nominations for the 2012 Community Quarterback Award. This program recognizes volunteers throughout the state of Georgia (ages 13 and over) who exemplify leadership and dedication to bettering their communities.

Each month during the 2012 season, September through December, an Atlanta Falcons Community Quarterback of the Month winner will be selected. The winner will receive a $1,000 grant from NFL Charities to support the organization served.

Nominations will be accepted June 15 – November 15, 2012 and winners will be announced monthly:

  • September winner will be announced August 31
  • October winner will be announced September 28
  • November winner will be announced October 31
  • December winner will be announced November 30

Nomination forms may be submitted online at www.atlantafalcons.com/communityquarterback.
