After being drafted in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, Jones quickly became one of Atlanta's best players on defense with his athleticism and knack for making plays on the ball.

The Falcons' defense goes as Jones goes and he said he is ready to go to the next level. After missing 10 games in the 2018 season, Jones' value in Atlanta's defense was apparent on every level.

For now, the Falcons are easing Jones back on the field as training camp gets underway. During the first practice, Jones spent majority of his time rehabbing with wide receiver Julio Jones who is also rehabbing his foot.

"It's just a matter of easing back into full speed," Jones said. "Other than that, everything is good. I'm just working at it every day trying to get back into the flow of things."
