The Atlanta Falcons today signed safety Rafael Bush to the 53-man roster and signed WR Brandyn Harvey to the practice squad.

Bush, 5-foot-11, 195 pounds, was signed as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina State University by the Falcons after the 2010 NFL Draft. Bush was waived as part of the NFL's mandatory roster cut down on September 4 and signed to the practice squad on Sept. 5. He was voted the SCSU Defensive MVP as a senior after finishing the season with 54 tackles and three touchdowns.

Harvey, 6-4, 197 pounds, was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Villanova by the Falcons after the 2010 NFL Draft but was waived prior to the start of the season. Harvey recorded 131 catches for 1,835 yards and 11 touchdowns in his college career and was a member of the 2009 Football Championship Series National Championship team. He was waived following training camp.
