Beasley Jr., Matthews Among Bleacher Report's Top 20 in 2020
Bleacher Report has released their projections for each position group for 2020 and two current Falcons have made their lists.
In what would be his seventh season, T is listed as their No. 14 offensive linemen. Matthews has earned recognition for his pass protection over his first two seasons, and his family pedigree gives everyone reason to believe he will continue to improve.
OLB Vic Beasley, Jr. is projected to be the No. 2 defensive linemen. Beasley Jr. showed flashes of greatness in his first campaign, and based off his proven intelligence and athletic abilities, the sky seems to be the limit for the Clemson product.
What to Know About the East-West Shrine Game
The East-West Shrine Game is an opportunity for college football players to showcase their skills in front of NFL scouts and coaches. S Ricardo Allen, C James Stone, FB Collin Mooney and LB Tyler Starr are some of the current Falcons who have previously participated in the game.
The game will be televised Saturday, Jan. 23 at 4 p.m. on NFL Network.
