Snelling Agrees to Terms


The Atlanta Falcons today announced that they have agreed to terms with running back Jason Snelling.

Snelling, 5-11, 234 pounds, was originally selected by the Falcons in the seventh round (244th overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft. The University of Virginia product rushed for 151 yards on 44 carries in 2011. He also added 26 receptions for 179 yards and one touchdown. In five seasons in Atlanta, Snelling has totaled 1,192 yards on 300 carries with seven touchdowns while adding 107 catches for 827 yards and five touchdowns.
