- Since 2008, Atlanta has posted a 30-6 record at the Georgia Dome. The Falcons .833 winning percentage at home is the third best in the NFL during that time behind only Baltimore (.861) and New England (.857).
- QB Matt Ryan improved to 30-4 at home as a starter which is the best home record by a starting quarterback since 1970 (minimum 20 starts). Over the last five seasons, Ryan's .882 winning percentage is the second-best in the League behind QB Tom Brady (.929).
- With a 26-yard catch on Atlanta's first possession of the second half, WR Roddy White broke WR Terance Mathis' franchise record for career receptions with his 574th career catch.
- White finished the game with seven receptions for 118 yards, giving him 577 career receptions. The eighth-year wide out from UAB has established himself as the best receiver in Falcons history. White now owns franchise records for career receptions (577) and receiving yards (8,083). He also improved his franchise record for 100-yard receiving games to 31 with his 118-yard effort on Sunday night.
- In his last four games, White has 29 catches for 461 yards (115 yards per game). Since 2008, his 435 receptions are the most in the NFC and rank second in the NFL behind WR Wes Welker (502).
- WR Julio Jones posted a season-high 129 yards on five catches, marking his second consecutive 100-yard game and the eighth time he's recorded 100 receiving yards in a game during his career. Sunday marked Jones' first career 100-yard game at the Georgia Dome and the second time that he has posted back-to-back 100-yard games.
- Jones and White each tallied over 100 receiving yards on Sunday night, marking the third time that the duo has recorded 100 yards each in a single game. Jones and White accomplished the feat twice in 2011.
- Jones averaged 25.8 yards per reception, the highest per catch average of his career in a game with four-or-more receptions. The second-year receiver from Alabama posted three receptions of 20-plus yards, including a 48-yard long.
- RB Michael Turner posted his second 100-yard rushing game of the season, totaling 102 yards on 20 carries with one touchdown, including a season-long 43 yard scamper.
- Turner improved on a pair of his franchise records on Sunday, running his 100-yard rushing games total to 27 while punching in his 54 rushing touchdown. Since 2008, Turner has 55 total touchdowns (54 rushing & one receiving). He ranks third in franchise history behind Terance Mathis (57) and Andre Rison (56)
- Trailing 6-3 in the second quarter, Ryan drove the offense 60 yards in seven plays with 1:03 remaining in the first half to set up K Matt Bryant's 46-yard game tying field goal. This season, Atlanta has scored 16 points on seven drives inside the final two minutes of either half, including game-winning field goals vs. Carolina in Week 4 and vs. Oakland in Week 6. Since 2008, the Falcons have been one of the NFL's best in two-minute situations posting 86 points.
- Ryan finished the game completing 24 of 34 pass attempts (70.6 percent) for 342 yards with a 102.8 passer rating. The Falcons own a 29-0 record when Ryan posts a quarterback rating of 100-or-better, including five wins in 2012.
- With his 342-yard performance on Sunday, Ryan broke QB Steve Bartkowski's franchise record for career 300-yard games, surpassing the milestone for the 13th time in his career.
- Despite his stellar performance on Sunday Night, Ryan failed to throw a touchdown pass for the first time this season, snapping a streak of 22-straight games with at least one touchdown pass dating back to 2011.
- TE Tony Gonzalez finished the game with four catches for 36 yards. He joined Hall of Fame WR Jerry Rice as the only players in NFL history to record 15 seasons with 50-or-more receptions. Gonzalez is the only player in League annals to post 50-or-more catches in 15 consecutive seasons.
- Defensively, the Falcons held the Cowboys to field goal attempts on each of their first three drives, limiting Dallas to just six points and allowing the offense to climb back into the game.
- DT Jonathan Babineaux enjoyed one of his best games of the season recording seven tackles (five solo) with one sack, one tackle for loss and one pass defensed. Babineaux and DT Corey Peters helped the defense hold the Cowboys to 65 yards on 18 carries as Atlanta's run defense held its opponent under 100 yards for the second straight game.
