The NFL and USAA announced that G Ben Garland is the recipient of the 2018 Salute to Service Award. The award acknowledges the efforts by members of the NFL community to honor and support members of the military community. Garland is the third-straight member of the Atlanta Falcons to win the award.

Several Atlanta Falcons players recognized their high school coaches this month through the Falcons’ 'Thank You Coach' program. The coaches were treated to a relaxing weekend in Atlanta with visits to the team walk through in Flowery Branch and the game against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Falcons defensive line, DE Bruce Irvin and CB Desmond Trufant were among those who hosted their own "Shop with a Pro" event this holiday season to give back to a variety of youth groups throughout the city of Atlanta.

Atlanta Falcons players, family, staff and cheerleaders sang at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston Hospital to brighten the spirits of the kids there this holiday season. The group also signed autographs and handed out teddy bears as they went room-to-room caroling.

The Atlanta Falcons Community Honors Dinner presented by Georgia Power recognizes the community accomplishments of players, as well as recognizing the Falcons Walter Payton Man of the Year and the Falcons Salute to Service Award winner.

Just two days after the Falcons got the win over the Arizona Cardinals, they were back at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the third-annual Bows and Pros presented by Mattress Firm. 100 Atlanta Public School students were surprised with a winter wonderland complete with Atlanta Falcons players, cheerleaders, Freddie the Falcon, Santa Claus and a personalized locker full of gifts.

The Atlanta Falcons visited Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite Hospital to sing carols with Santa, give autographed posters, and Falcon teddy bears to the kids.

The Falcons show their support for the Pike County community during their time of sorrow, including a practice walkthrough , a game attendance and a special jersey tribute.

Atlanta Falccons players and head coach Dan Quinn are taking part in the NFL's initiative, My Cause My Cleats, to raise awareness about charities and humanitarian efforts that they are passionate about. Take a look at a few of the cleats that will be worn on Sunday in this gallery.
