The Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders are going to be making a dream come true this morning.

Q100's Bert Weiss and his wife, Stacey, began a charity in 2002 called Bert's Big Adventure. The mission of the charity is to take children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families on a VIP weekend trip to Walt Disney World in Florida, giving them a chance to be together as a family without being reminded of the challenges they face in their day-to-day lives.

Each year, they have a party to kick off the trip, and that includes a live broadcast of The Bert Show and lots of excitement and activities for the families.

Enter Maddie Briscoe, a little girl who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma. Briscoe admires the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders, and the Falcons and Bert's Big Adventure are going to make her dream of being a cheerleader come true.

At 9:20 a.m. today, Weiss will make the reveal to Briscoe live on air. As part of making her dream come true, the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders will bring Briscoe to practice, make her an honorary judge during tryouts and give her an Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders uniform.

But Briscoe isn't the only one being surprised by the Falcons and Bert's Big Adventure. A boy named Kyle Chambers will realize his dream of meeting Roddy White during The Bert Show, as well.
