Falcons Agree to Terms on Extension With RT Schraeder

The Atlanta Falcons have agreed to terms with tackle Ryan Schraeder on a five-year contract extension.

Schraeder was originally signed by the Falcons as a college free agent following the 2013 NFL Draft out of Valdosta State. In his four years with the Falcons he has seen action in 52 games with 40 starts – he's started every game over the last two seasons.

Last season, Schraeder was named to Pro Football Focus' All-NFL First Team. Through 10 games this season, he has kept up his stellar play by being ranked Pro Football Focus' 14th overall tackle and their fifth ranked right tackle. He's also been a part of an offensive line that's helped the Falcons currently average a franchise record 416.6 yards per game and 32.0 points per game.
