Roddy White's fourth catch Sunday night against the Cowboys wasn't just another catch for the eight-year veteran. It was catch number 574 and it moved White past Terance Mathis for the franchise record for catches in a career. White's catch came in the third quarter on a 26-yard completion for a third-down conversion.

Last season, White surpassed the 500-catch mark, joining Mathis as the only two receivers in franchise history to have done that. White is the only player in franchise history to have five straight 1,000-yard seasons.

White, a first-round draft pick in 2005, experienced a tough start to his career, catching 29 and 30 passes in the first two years of his career. In 2007, he exploded for 83 catches and 1,202 yards and hasn't looked back.

Since that season he hasn't caught less than 83 passes in a season. The career reception mark is the four-time Pro Bowler's seventh franchise record. He also holds the mark for career receiving yards, most receiving yards in a season, most receiving yards in a game, most receptions in a single season, most 100-yard receiving games and most consecutive 1,000-yard seasons. White is only the eighth receiver in NFL history to have five consecutive seasons with 80 catches and 1,000 yards.
