The Atlanta Falcons and Wells Fargo are dedicated to leveling the playing field for HBCU students interested in kicking off careers in Sports & Entertainment. Through our unique partnership with Wells Fargo, students participate in a paid, 10-week fall semester program, working up to 20 hours per week at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Kyla Emory - Spelman College

Kyla began her journey as a Community Engagement HBCU Fellow in 2025 while studying English and Political Science with a prelaw concentration. By leading impactful community engagement programs and embracing every opportunity, she turned her passion for law and sports business into a career launch, earning a role in the NFL's 2026 Rotational Program.

Stevie Jackson - Morehouse College

Stevie started as an inaugural 2023 Content Production HBCU Fellow and film student. From an extended fellowship to Emmy-recognized work, Stevie's discipline led him to work with NBC Universal for the 2024 Paris Olympics and Tyler Perry Studios. Graduating this May, Stevie is a proven creator with the momentum and credibility to shape the future of sports and entertainment storytelling.
