This summer, we welcomed back our Atlanta Falcons HBCU Fellows program presented by Wells Fargo alumni and incoming fellows for an unforgettable two-day experience centered on purpose, community, and connection. The Fellows got the chance to give back through a hands-on Habitat for Humanity service project alongside Mayor Andre Dickens, leaders from the Atlanta Falcons and Wells Fargo, and other key community partners.

Before our Home Opener against the Steelers, the fellows had an electrifying experience marching from The Home Depot Backyard to the Dirty Birds Nest! These leaders soaked in the lively pregame atmosphere, surrounded by fans and the energy of game day.

Both the 2024 class and 2023 alumni participated in an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at our football operations, featuring in-depth tours and engaging conversations with General Manager Terry Fontenot and President Greg Beadles

2023 Fellows visit Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs with Wells Fargo. Fellows toured the facility, heard from panelists about early careers, and gained on-the-job tips.
