Biography
Asamoah II was originally selected by the Vikings in the third round (66th overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft out of Oklahoma. Through four seasons (2022-25) with the Vikings and Bengals, the Columbus, Ohio, native has registered 20 tackles (11 solo), two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. He has also made two postseason appearances with Minnesota.
In three seasons (2019-21) at Oklahoma, Asamoah II made 37 appearances, including 19 starts, and totaled 179 tackles (100 solo), 13 tackles for loss, one interception, three forced fumbles and five passes defensed.
