What is my 2018 Season Ticket Account Number?
Your Season Ticket account number is the same as your Mercedes-Benz Stadium PSL account number. Log into your season ticket account manager using your email address associated with your PSL account to view the account number.
Can I manage my season tickets on my mobile phone?
Yes, **Download the Atlanta Falcons Mobile App** to access Mobile Ticketing features and to quickly access your game day tickets. Note, you will not be able to submit a payment invoice on your mobile phone.
How can I submit a Payment for my Season Tickets?
- Log in to your Ticket Account Manager to view your 2018 Ticket Invoice and to enroll in 1 of 4 payment plan options
- Pay By Phone by dialing; (470)-341-4500 and select option 1. Then enter your account manager password as your PIN #
- Make checks payable to: Atlanta Falcons and include your account number with your notice to the following address. Allow (2) - (4) business days for processing

What if I can't make my Season Ticket or my Personal Seat License Payment?
In order to maintain your PSL Membership, season tickets must be consistently renewed each season. Failure to make your Season Ticket Payments and PSL Payments will result in the forfeiture of the Falcons Account.
How can I update the contact information on my account?
Season ticket members can update account information through the "Edit My Profile" in their account manager.
What should I do if my gameday card(s) are lost or do not arrive before the first game?
In the event your gameday card(s) are LOST, STOLEN or has NOT arrived in the mail immediately contact your Atlanta Falcons Service Team at (470) 341-4500/option 2 or via email at **Fans@Falcons.NFL.com** to report lost season tickets.
How does Mobile Ticketing work?
Members can download the **Atlanta Falcons Mobile App** for quick and easy access to their season tickets on their mobile device. Members can also email or resell their gameday tickets through their mobile ticket account. Click **HERE** for a step by step guide to accessing your mobile ticketing account.
Can I sell my single game tickets?
Yes, when you can't go to the game -- members can now sell their game tickets directly to other Falcons fans using the official NFL Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster. For a Step by Step tutorial guide, click **HERE**. Season ticket members must be paid in full on their season tickets and current on their annual PSL payment.

Are my Season Ticket Payments separate from my PSL Payments?
Yes, your season ticket invoice is a separate invoice. To submit a payment to your PSL invoice click **My PSL Account Manager** and login to your account. (Please note: Your login credentials may be different than your **My Falcons Account Manager**)
Do all of the payment plans have automatic charges?
Yes, by enrolling in a season ticket payment plan you are agreeing to have payments automatically deducted on the associated dates. PSL Payments are not withdrawn automatically and must be submitted each time.
Can I choose the dates of my monthly payment plan?
No, we are unable to alter the dates of the associated payment plans. By enrolling in a plan, you are committing to having payments deducted on these specific dates and an account cannot be removed from a plan at a later date.
If I wanted to pay by check, where do I mail my payment?
Payment for both season tickets and your PSL* can be mailed to:

How can I relocate my seats?
Fans looking to relocate to new seating in 2018, will want to post their current PSL location for sale through the **STR Marketplace**. Fans may elect to purchase a new PSL while waiting for their previous location to sell, or decide to wait for their current location to sell prior to purchasing a new location.
How can I update the credit card for my monthly payment?
Please contact the service team by emailing **fans@falcons.nfl.com** to update your preferred payment method. You can also login to your **My Falcons Account Manager** to add your new method of payment, but this DOES NOT update it for you next payment.
