Group Outings Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How many people qualify as a group?
The minimum number of tickets for our group rate requires 10 or more tickets to be purchased. For our premium seating locations, the minimum number of tickets required to be purchased is 6 or more.

Q. Can I add on tickets after I purchase?
Although, it can be a challenge to accommodate add-on tickets, you are able to add-on tickets when you purchase an additional 10 or more tickets. Please note that we cannot guarantee seating together if all tickets are not purchased at the same time.

Q. Can I resell any of my extra tickets?

No. There is a strict no-reselling policy with Atlanta Falcons Group Tickets. It is important you make sure to get a firm number of tickets before you order. If any tickets are caught being resold, your privileges will be revoked, and you will lose access to manage your tickets.

Q. How can I purchase group tickets?

All group tickets are purchased through a group sales representative. Please email grouptickets@falcons.nfl.comto be connected with a dedicated group sales representative. Your representative will go over available inventory to help you purchase your tickets to the game.

Q. What forms of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, and Discover). We also can accept checks as long as they are received 45 days before the game.

Q. Can I print my tickets?
Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a mobile ticket only venue and tickets cannot be printed.

Q. How do I access my tickets? **Once your tickets are paid in full, you can log in athttps://am.ticketmaster.com/falcons/tickets** or download the Atlanta Falcons App for the quickest access. Please make sure you transfer all tickets 72 hours prior to game day. For additional questions, please refer to our **Atlanta Falcons Mobile Ticketing Guide**.

Q. How does my organization get to participate in one of the on-field experiences (i.e. play on field post-game, anthem buddies, flag crew)?

Each experience is unlocked with a minimum of 100 or more tickets purchased based on availability. Please email grouptickets@falcons.nfl.com to inquire about availability for your group.

Q. How can I get a donation for my auction?
We are unable to provide game tickets or autographed memorabilia through the Ticket Sales department.**Click here**for information on how to apply for these donations. However, we do have fundraising programs to help different organizations raise money through ticket sales. For more information on this, you can email us at grouptickets@falcons.nfl.com.

Q. What is the fee for group tickets?
One of the many perks of purchasing group tickets is that there are no additional fees when purchasing directly through your group sales representative.

Q. I have a large group and want everyone to pay separately. Is this possible?

If you are purchasing through your group sales representative, a maximum of two credit cards/forms of payment are allowed.
