CAREER
- Has seen action in 155 (82 starts) across stints with the Falcons (2016-19), Browns (2020-21), Titans (2022), Raiders (2023) and Patriots (2024-25). He has recorded 430 catches for 4,441 yards (10.3 avg.) and 30 touchdowns.
- Played in 16 games (six starts) in 2025 and notched 21 receptions for 263 yards (12.5 avg.) and two touchdowns.
- Started in eight-of-17 contests in 2024 and totaled 45 receptions for 476 yards (10.6 avg.) and three touchdowns.
- Started in nine-of-17 games in 2023 and totaled 25 receptions for 234 yards (9.4 avg.).

COLLEGE
- Played in 27 games in his two years as a Cardinal. Caught 74 passes for 937 yards and eight touchdowns during his career.
- During his sophomore year in 2015, Hooper was a Mackey Award finalist and was selected to the All-Pac 12 first team. He recorded 34 catches for 438 yards and six receiving touchdowns during his final year at Stanford. Also earned third-team All America honors from the AP and second-team honors from Phil Steele.
- Earned freshman All-American and second-team All-Pac 12 honors in 2014 after posting 40 catches for 499 yards and two touchdowns.
PERSONAL
- Attended De La Salle (Calif.) while playing for head coach Bob Ladouceur.
- Was a 2012 Tacoma News Tribune Western 100 and a two-time San Francisco Chronicle All-Metro selection.
- Led De La Salle to CIF Open Division state titles in 2010, 2011 and 2012. De La Salle went 15-0 and ranked No. 1 nationally by ESPN and MaxPreps in 2012.
- Caught 11 passes for 293 yards and three touchdowns with 39 tackles and 8.0 sacks in 2012.
- Posted nine catches for 182 yards and two touchdowns with 46 tackles and 10.5 sacks in 2011.
