Biography

Patrick Kramer was named an Atlanta Falcons offensive assistant on Feb. 27, 2023, after spending two seasons (2021-22) as a football analyst on Atlanta's staff.

The Falcons offense finished No. 6 in total offense in 2024, a marked improvement from the unit's No. 17 ranking in 2023. Kramer primarily worked with the team's tight ends, guiding Kyle Pitts as he recorded a single-season high in touchdowns (four) and recorded 47 receptions for 602 yards. He also worked with free agent addition Charlie Woerner, who totaled a career-best seven receptions while making an impact in run and pass blocking for the offense.

In 2023, the Falcons offense eclipsed 400 total yards of offense on six occasions, tied for the fourth-most games by a Falcons offense, behind the 2018 (nine games), 2016 (eight games) and 2014 (seven games) teams. The unit recorded eight games with more than 375 yards of total offense, sixth in the NFL.

Kramer arrived in Atlanta after spending three seasons as a senior offensive analyst and assistant quarterbacks coach at Notre Dame (2018-20). In his role, Kramer was responsible for weekly opponent breakdowns and control of the defensive scout team, among others.

Prior to Notre Dame, Kramer was the offensive quality control coach and assistant quarterbacks coach at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2017 and coached wide receivers at John Carroll University in 2016.

A native of Solon, Ohio, Kramer earned a Bachelor of Arts & Science from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio, in 2016.
