Madison McDoulett was promoted to Manager of Coaching Administration and Family Service after three seasons as Coordinator of Coaching Operations.She also spent three seasons as a Business Operations Coordinator before being added to the coaching staff.
Prior to joining the Falcons, McDoulett was a corporate partnerships intern with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2019 where she assisted the activation team in executing sponsor events, programs, in-game promotions and hospitality.
McDoulett received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Georgia in 2019 and earned her master's degree in sports management from Florida in 2023. She worked with the Bulldogs' football program in recruiting while an undergraduate at UGA.
