Jacqueline Roberts was named manager of coaching operations on Jan. 22, 2026.

Roberts joins the Falcons after spending the past two seasons (2024-25) with the Cleveland Browns. She originally joined the club as a team logistics intern in 2024, before being promoted to coordinator of coaching logistics in 2025. Roberts also assisted with coaching operations at the 2025 Senior Bowl.

The Akron, Ohio, native graduated from Ohio State in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering. While in Columbus, Roberts spent three years (2021-24) as a student manager for the women's basketball team).
