FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — The Atlanta Falcons were set to make a game-time decision on three defenders who were listed as questionable on the team's game report Friday. After ruling out DL Zach Harrison (knee) for the second game in a row and nickel Billy Bowman Jr. (hamstring) for the fourth consecutive game, Atlanta would take a decision on S Jessie Bates III (knee), EDGE Leonard Floyd (hamstring) and EDGE Jalon Walker (groin) into the weekend.
All three are active for Atlanta.
This is the first game Walker has been active since the team's Week 6 win against the Buffalo Bills. The Falcons will also see Bates remain in the starting lineup after leaving last week's loss to the Dolphins with a lower body injury that was later deemed a knee injury.
In his weekly press conference Thursday, Bates said he had been sleeping in a hyperbaric chamber to relieve tension all week to make sure he'd be good to go in New England.
"I feel pretty good," Bates said then. "We'll see how things go in practice. As long as there's no setbacks, I think I'll be fine."
Below is the full list of Falcons inactives for their Week 9 game against the New England Patriots:
CB Billy Bowman Jr.
RB Nathan Carter
OL Michael Jerrell
WR Casey Washington
DL Ta'Quon Graham
DL Zach Harrison
The Falcons take flight to New England to face the New England Patriots in week nine of the 2025 season. #RiseUp
