2026 Pro Bowl Games: Why Falcons RB Bijan Robinson deserves a vote

Voting for the 2026 Pro Bowl Games has begun. Let's take a closer look at why Robinson deserves your vote.

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Few rival Bijan Robinson in production and overall talent. Since he was drafted No. 8 overall by the Atlanta Falcons three seasons ago, he's been one of the league's brightest young stars.

Unfortunately, the Falcons' record does not match the magnitude of the year Robinson has had individually. Don't let that stop you from giving as many votes as you can to Robinson — a player whose talent becomes a work of art when he steps on a football field.

Where he ranks

Robinson is the only player in the NFL with at least 1,000 rushing yards and 500 receiving yards. He currently leads the league with 1,683 scrimmage yards, and his four games with at least 150 scrimmage yards are the most by any player this season. Robinson ranks among the top five running backs with 602 receiving yards, 271 offensive touches and 1,081 rushing yards. His eight receptions of more than 20 yards this season are the most by any NFL running back.

Standout stat

Robinson is now just the third player in NFL history with 3,500-plus rushing yards and 1,500-plus receiving yards in his first three seasons. He joins Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson and former Falcons great William Andrews on that list.

Best game in 2025

It has to be his performance in the Week 6 win vs. the Buffalo Bills. Robinson amassed a career-high 238 yards from scrimmage. That broke down to 170 yards rushing and 68 yards receiving. He scored on an 81-yard reception, the longest of his career and the second-longest play this season in the NFL at the time of this publication. It was a performance that put Robinson in the record books.

— Robinson's 170 rushing yards were the most ever by a Falcons player in a prime-time game.

— At just 23 years old, Robinson became the youngest Falcons player to reach 4,000 career scrimmage yards.

Robinson was ultimately named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week following that game.

Quote from locker room

"He's the best player in football," Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said earlier this year. "I've said it multiple times. I can't say it enough."
