Biography
Tara is entering her second season with the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders. She received her BFA in Classical Ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and her Masters of Science in Management from Wake Forest University where she was also a member of the dance team. Tara was crowned Miss Georgia 2023 and represented the state of Georgia at the 2024 Miss America competition. Tara has been dancing for 24 years and is a former professional ballerina. Tara also founded her social impact initiative, #yesYOUcan four years ago and has been able to provide over $6,000 in scholarships for students as well as helping others within communities to develop the skills to persevere through life's greatest challenges. In July of 2024, Tara started her own business as an interview and mindset coach. Tara works in corporate financial marketing as a channel manager for the largest power tool company in the world, Stanley, Black and Decker. At Stanley Black and Decker, Tara was selected to attend Yale University's Women in Leadership Program where she received her certification in Leadership. Her motto is that success is not measured by how many achievements we've made, but is more so measured by how many times we pick ourselves back up when we face failure, and decide to try again. When we find the courage to do so, we show ourselves and the world what is possible when we never give up.
