How to Access Stored/Loaded Value Credit

Which Credit Do You Have?

To help you find the right guide, here's a quick way to tell the difference:

Loaded Value is a one-time credit, usually tied to a group game ticket. This credit is only valid for the specific game you are attending.

Stored Value is credit on your account that rolls over from game to game. Most Season Ticket Members can use it all season long, but some credits may expire sooner, check your account for details.

Accessing Loaded Value

Open the Atlanta Falcons app, tap "My Tickets" in the bottom menu, and sign in to your Ticketmaster account.

Tap the event you have loaded value for, then tap "View Ticket".

Tap "Vouchers" in the top right of your screen.

Scan your QR code at checkout to redeem.
