FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Atlanta Falcons have been without their No. 1 receiver for the last two games as Drake London nurses a PCL sprain that he sustained in the Falcons' Week 11 game vs. the Carolina Panthers. That status, however, "has a chance" to change, according to head coach Raheem Morris.
Though London did not participate in practice Wednesday, Morris confirmed he was getting some work in with trainers on a side field to see if he could give it a go this weekend as the Falcons host the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
"When he's ready to go," Morris said, "Drake will be out there."
London is considered "day-to-day."
Joining the receiver as a non-participant for Wednesday's practice were defensive linemen Brandon Dorlus (groin) and David Onyemata (foot). Their statuses will be ones to monitor throughout the week.
Good news, though, is that for the first time in many a week, neither Chris Lindstrom nor Matthew Bergeron showed up on the team's injury report.
