Atlanta Falcons inactives vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Team makes a decision on five starters ahead of the Thursday night matchup.

TAMPA, Fla. — After ruling wide receiver Drake London out for the fourth consecutive game, the Atlanta Falcons had decisions to make about a group of starters before kicking things off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football.

Tight end Kyle Pitts (knee), edge rusher Jalon Walker (quad), and defensive linemen Brandon Dorlus (groin) and David Onyemata (foot) all carried a questionable designation before the game.

All four will be active for Atlanta, which is big news for the team.

In London's absence, the Falcons have relied heavily on Pitts' contributions in the pass game. Pitts has recorded 172 receiving yards over the last two games, which is the most in a two-game span for the fifth-year tight end since his rookie year. His average yards per game have increased recently, too: Going from a 35.4 average last season to 48.5 receiving yards per game currently. This improvement of 13.1 receiving yards per game is the fourth-largest improvement among qualifying NFL tight ends.

Dorlus, who is tied with James Pearce Jr. for the team lead with six sacks, and Walker, who is second with five sacks, continue to be two of the top-producing pass rushers on the team. Both players' injuries affected their playing time last week. Dorlus was held out completely, while Walker missed the entire second half.

Meanwhile, the Falcons' inactives list revealed some special teams decisions. Primary return man Jamal Agnew is a healthy scratch. So, too, is inside linebacker JD Bertrand. They join wide receiver Casey Washington on the list of inactives as healthy scratches. This is Washington's fourth consecutive game as an inactive player.

Below is the full list of Atlanta Falcons inactives for Week 15:

WR Drake London

WR Jamal Agnew

ILB JD Bertrand

OL Michael Jerrell

WR Casey Washington

WR Malik Heath

DL Elijah Garcia

The Falcons take flight to Tampa to face the Buccaneers in week fifteen of the 2025 season. #RiseUp
