Atlanta Falcons inactives for Week 4 vs. Washington Commanders

A.J. Terrell misses second consecutive game with hamstring injury.

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Atlanta Falcons are set to host the Washington Commanders at 1 p.m. ET inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The organization had already ruled out cornerback A.J. Terrell (hamstring), wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge (groin) and running back Nathan Carter (hamstring).

This is the second consecutive game the Falcons will play without Terrell. He suffered a hamstring injury in the second quarter of the team's Week 2 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Dee Alford has been the next man up in Terrell's absence.

Head coach Raheem Morris said Friday the team expects Terrell to return after the team's Week 5 bye.

Here is the full list of Falcons inactives for Week 4:

WR KhaDarel Hodge

CB A.J. Terrell

RB Nathan Carter

OL Jack Nelson

DL Sam Roberts

As a reminder, Washington had already ruled out starting quarterback Jayden Daniels with a knee injury as well as star wide receiver Terry McLaurin with a quad injury. Former Falcons quarterback Marcus Mariota will return to Mercedes-Benz Stadium as the starter in Daniels' absence.
