1. The Contest
2019 Atlanta Falcons Schedule Challenge (the "Contest"), sponsored by the Atlanta Falcons ( the "Sponsor"), is a free entry, on-line contest designed to promote the 2019 Atlanta Falcons season and to test one's own prognostication skills when it comes to selecting the outcomes of the official Atlanta Falcons 2019 schedule. This Contest is provided solely for entertainment purposes or as a pastime and must not be used as the basis for any wager. A $100,000 Grand Prize will be awarded to an entry that correctly predicts the entire opponent order and the bye week of the 2019 Atlanta Falcons schedule (only one (1) $100,000 prize will be paid; in the event of multiple winners, prize will be split evenly). The Contest will run from March 25, 2019 at 12:00 pm EST to 11:59 pm EST on March 31, 2019 ("Entry Period"). Sponsor is the official time keeper of the Contest and all decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. Despite the contest ending on March 31, 2019 the NFL schedule will not be finalized until mid to late April.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Atlanta, Georgia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and reside within 75 miles of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Void where prohibited or in jurisdictions where licensing is required. Employees, temporary employees, interns, and independent contractors of the Atlanta Falcons Football Club, LLC (the "Sponsor"), the National Football League, its member clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC (collectively, the "NFL") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Contest (the "Contest Entities") and the immediate families of each, or persons domiciled in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Void outside the state of GA, and where otherwise prohibited.
Limit one (1) entry (registration) per person AND per e-mail address. Multiple entries per person or email address will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter
Register by visiting (https://www.atlantafalcons.com/guess-2019-schedule) and following the on-line instructions to submit your entry. You will have one opportunity to make your selections and will not have the ability to make changes to your selections ("Picks") once your entry has been submitted. You may enter the Contest at any time during the Entry Period up until the Final Entry Deadline, which is Sunday, March 31st at 11:59pm.
5. How to Play
During the Entry Period, using the entry form ("Entry Form") provided, predict the order of opponents for all sixteen (16) regular season games. Once you have submitted your selection(s) (each a "Pick"), you will be presented with a confirmation message. To be eligible to win the $100,000 prize, you must submit your selections before the posted deadline.
PLEASE NOTE: If you submit an incomplete entry form, you will not be eligible for the $100,000 Grand Prize offer.
6. Prizes
$100,000 will be awarded to either (a) the soleentry that correctly predicts the entire order of opponents for the 2019 Atlanta Falcons schedule or (b) will be split between or amongst all entries that correctly predict the entire order of opponents for the 2019 Atlanta Falcons schedule. Odds depend on number of correct eligible entries received. Approximate Retail Value of prize $100,000. By definition, a winning entry must correctly predict the order of opponents for all sixteen (16) games and the bye week of the 2019 Atlanta Falcons Regular Season Schedule.
In the event more than one (1) entry has correctly predicted the entire 2019 Atlanta Falcons schedule, the $100,000 grand prize will be split equally among all winning entries. In the event no entry has correctly predicted the entire 2019 Atlanta Falcons schedule, the $100,000 Grand Prize will not be awarded.
If no one predicts the entire order of all opponents for the 2019 Atlanta Falcons Schedule, then for the entry that correctly predicts the most opponents in a row beginning with week one (1), will receive a pair of 2019 Atlanta Falcons Lower Level Season Tickets valued at $3,500. In the event more than one (1) entry has predicted the most number of opponents in a row to begin the season, the entry that guesses the tie-breaker question with the closest guess will win the Falcons Season Tickets.
Transportation, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) also assumes the responsibility for paying all associated taxes.
7. Terms and Conditions
By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Winners will be notified by the Sponsor via e-mail and/or telephone, within ten (10) business days after the 2019 Atlanta Falcons schedule has been released. Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, tax acknowledgment form and where legal, a publicity release, within fourteen (14) days after issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the above may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If attempted prize notification fails or the requisite documents are returned as undeliverable or are not returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, prize may be forfeited in its entirety without further notice. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. The Sponsor reserves the right to correct any and all printing, typographical, or mechanical errors.
Online entries by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed, or interrupted connections, including Internet/Web-server/network/phone-line connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, computer or telephone, hardware or software failures, malfunctions, or garbled or jumbled transmissions. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, legal restrictions or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation or play of the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and further agrees that, (i) if legally permissible, the Sponsor and each of their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates have the right to publicize his or her name, voice, city/state of residence, biographical information, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, authorization or remuneration; and (ii) the Contest Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including personal injury, death, or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or participation in this Contest.
8. Construction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia. In any action brought to enforce the obligation or right of any party hereunder, entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in any court of appropriate jurisdiction in Georgia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. As a condition of entering in the Contest, entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees.
9. Winner's List: For a winner's list or any questions regarding the Contest, send a self-addressed envelope to: Atlanta Falcons Football Club, LLC, 4400 Falcon Parkway, Flowery Branch, Georgia 30542 by June 15, 2019.
The National Football League (the "NFL"), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contestor the prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Contest in any way.
